Q sheepishly admits this to me last week after being at a business mixer:
He has a photo ipad cover (we make them) with a family picture on it. He's showing it off to someone who says to him, "Oh wow, you have 5 kids!"
Q: Umm, no that one is my wife!
I'm not sure if he was embarassed that he looks so much older than me, or proud that he's got a young wife, but you guys..you know I'll be poking him with this stick for years to come :) I figure I've got some good traction on this one!
But honestly, I'm not sure what business-mixer-chick was smoking because saying I look like his daughter in this photo is a bit of a stretch, but it's definitely fodder for my regularly scheduled "old guy" jokes that pepper our lives these days :)
I'm not sure how long ago..seems like a lifetime. We definitely weren't married. I must've been early twenties and he mid thirties.
Now - both looking significantly older! But age difference seems more noticable?
Looks like you're improving with age while Q is just getting older. Love the family picture.
